We use low order costs
With an order amount of less than EUR 50.00 (excluding VAT) and excluding shipping costs, an order cost of EUR 5.00 will be charged.
In the Netherlands we deliver all orders over €400 (excluding VAT) free of charge.
Despite careful handling, it is still possible to receive wrong and/or damaged items. Perhaps the item did not meet your expectations or you accidentally ordered the wrong products.
In all cases, please contact our sales department. They will further assist you in this regard.
Change The basic principles we use as a standard:
1. No exchange will take place without prior consultation with our sales department.
2. The invoice is your warranty certificate. No exchange can take place without the invoice or a copy thereof.
3. Goods can only be returned in undamaged condition and original packaging. They must be in the same condition and not have been used and/or washed.
4. Incorrectly ordered items can be returned prepaid, after which we will credit you with a 10% deduction with a minimum of €10 per case.
5. In the event of an exchange, any additional ordering/delivery costs will be charged to you.
6. We will of course repair returns/exchanges due to a cause attributable to us.
7. Or orders below 400 EUR we charge a shipping cost of 12 EUR in the Netherlands and 20 EUR outside the Netherlands. For orders under €50, we also charge a €5 administration fee. (Declared amounts do not include VAT). Complaints must be reported within 8 days.
